Our Story

V1 Aerial Imagery was created to provide professional aerial photography and videography tailored to real estate, construction, development, and property marketing. With a focus on quality, reliability, and understanding each project’s needs, V1 helps clients document progress, showcase properties, and present their work from a new perspective.

Founded by Ben Lones, a University of Cincinnati student studying Finance, Business Economics, and Real Estate, V1 combines professional drone media with a real estate-focused perspective. Ben’s experience in commercial real estate development and construction helps him understand what clients want to see and how aerial media can best showcase a project.
